Strawberry Festival

The 13th Annual Strawberry Festival will be Saturday, May 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Phillip's Episcopal Church, 600 Central Ave. Scrapple sandwiches for breakfast and chicken salad for lunch. Broad Creek Bike and Brew

The annual Broad Creek Bike and Brew showcases the Town of Laurel and the surrounding countryside, including Trap Pond State Park and the Woodland Ferry. The mass start is 9 a.m. Saturday, June 1. The ride begins at North Laurel Elementary School, 300 Wilson St. Routes range from 15 miles to a full century, 100 miles.
